Ridiculous Connection problems[not just City]

So I installed a ton of windows updates recently and as of a few days ago my desktop constantly loses connection. I can't play City at all (constantly map serving), websites sometimes fail to load, even my Pandora radio keeps losing connection.

What I know: My internet connection outside of the computer is absolutely fine, the laptop sitting right beside the desktop on the same hub and wired connection works fine. I tried switching Ethernet cables.

So here is a list of the updates I recently applied, does anyone know of any issues with any of them?
