Posted 06-25-2011 07:31 AM Anyone know the top single target DPS chains for a Fire/Elec blaster. I'm guessing some combination of Shocking Grasp, Blaze, Havok punch, Fire blast. Something like that seems to be about what I usually run on AV's. I like to know whats best to give myself something to aspire towards and I'm confused as how to determine what it is.
