Unable to start CoH or view HDMI device

So I have an HDMI cable hooked up to a large monitor. I am currently getting the floating box "No Signal" dancing around my screen. Also, I know my card will run CoH. It's a great card, here is all my info from the CoH Helper. Also could someone point me in the direction to reinstall my sound card?

Your video card's drivers are not installed properly. See That Monitor: section that's pretty much blank? Yeah, that.

Reinstall the drivers for your video card (utilize Driver Sweeper or an equivalent driver cleaner, someone will be along with a link no doubt). Should allow your monitor to interface properly, which will then load its default drivers - you can typically find monitor-specific drivers if your monitor has fancy doodads like USB ports or whatever, but if it's just a viewscreen with a power button, you don't have to if you don't want to.

So now that CoH is updated, when I click to run it I get 'Detected video card or driver is currently unsupported ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series.' I updated it and still get the same error messages.
