Claws/Elec help please

As the title says im running Claws /ELa I know shes still "young" at 36 but im just not used to making a build for brutes. The forums are sketchy on builds for this combo and i was wonderig if yall could give some slotting advice or even a build i could work on ? I dont know if i can afford the needed kin combats at the moment to get her to atleast s/l cap. The whole Electric is resistance based is what i need help on.

Im only a 9mo vet so i do have a frespec and only roughly @ 700mil i can afford to drop on her if its worth it. I'm at work so i cant load up mids but i can try to remember my build.

I think the lvl picks are right but heres a bare (and i mean skeletal) bone glance from memory. Please dont laugh or be mean ive never really done melee before now...;_;

1. Strike @ 4 slots (4 pieces Crushing Impact)

1. Charged Armor @ 3 slots (3 res 1 end)

2. Slash @ 5 slots (5 Crushing impact)

4. Conductive shield @ 2 slots (4 pieces Reactive armor ment to put them in the above)

6. Spin @ 5 slots (5 piece sirrocco w/o proc)

8. Follow Up @ 5 slots (unsure on this i heard perfect zinger? O.o)

10. Static Shield @ 2 slots (3 res 1 end)

12. Combat jumpin' @ 1 slot (Karma KB - was before grounded)

14. Boxing @ 1 slot (nothing)

16. Grounded @ 1 slot (steadfast res/def)

18. Focus @ 5 slots (unsure whats here)

20. Lightning Reflexs @ 1 slot (running io)

22. Lightning field @ 4 slots(2 dmg/end and 1 acc/end 1disorient prc)
(this i dont run often yet...to costy)

24. Tough @ 1 slot

26 Evicerate @ 4 slot (was told this might not be useful? O.o)

28. Energize @ 3 slots (recharge IO's x3)

30. Hasten @ 2 slot

32. Shockwave @ 2 slots maybe?

35. Power sink @ 5 slots (5 eff adaptor)

Health @ 1 slot (miracle +)

Stamina @ 3 slots (1 performance proc, 1 performance end mod, 1 End IO)

I dunno if this will help yall it looked so nice when i typed it then the forum smushed it all together.....but i would appriciate any and all help/advise given. Just be gentile i know i prolly have some glaring insults to brutedom here.

oh and if ya do post a build could you link the forum version i cant d/l mids on the work pc...evil employers! hehe ttyl!

I guess this combo people dont like or have never tried? Surely someone can offer advice? I cant even get help ingame either. (;_ Whats a girl need to do to get replies in the brute section? Hehe should i rename it "SS/FA help?'
We joke about when asking help in game to add LAMbaf infront of everythign to get people to notice =3. But no offense is ment by my bored ramblings at work

Quick pass through. I would one slot Static Shield with an end reduc and use the extra slots elsewhere. Not sure if you run Tough, or not, but I would rather run LF versus Tough if you are having end issues, which you really shouldn't considering you have Power Sink. I would get another acc/dam into LF as well since the acc on it is low. Energize I would go Doctored Wounds, but if you want to frankenslot it until then, go heal/recharge. With four slots, you are getting more than 2 SOs worth out of heal and recharge.

Thanks Amy, i tried asking ROBOKiTTY chat but no one answered there either ^^. Originally i was gonna get weave but i didnt know if i could get up enough S/L so i opted for hasten instead. I totally didnt think about healing sets in energize ! hehe and yeah LF is a trouble maker i just left the proc in it till i respec.
