BA/Engy Aura tank

I just started this toon its great and wanted to know what the feedback was for this toon?
There is a lot of great stuff i heard about BA and some unlock able axes and othere great auras and stuff to theme with it.
Would like to hear advice on this toon.
They are are very underrated especially BA and energy aura.

I personally dislike Battle Axe. Energy aura is fun. Make sure to get your typed defense to 45%, preferably 50% with IOs.

Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.

BA and EA are both rated rather poorly because they're pretty badly outclassed by similar sets. Battle Axe is in an uncomfortable place where it has all the disadvantages of both Super Strength and War Mace without the advantages of either, and Energy Aura is outclassed by Super Reflexes and Shield Defense, which offer better defense numbers and better side perks.

Advice-wise, build for heavy typed defense. BA/EA doesn't have a lot of call for recharge, so you can definitely softcap and make progress towards the incarnate trial softcap.

I have recently been playing this brute and pve, its really good by far.
I was working on making it for pvp though and theme. I have been tampering with mids so far. There are a few reason why i want BA because no one ever uses it and another is because BA seems like With the right Person it can be a demi/god. Also i just wanted energy aura because its the only defense power that is limited to one AT.I also think it might be fun to experiment with.
Anyways... LEts see some comments and everyone perspective on this build.
