Can't reinstall NCSoft Launcher

Are you getting:
"Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\NCsoft\City of Heroes\crashrpt.dll' is denied." ?
A bunch of us encountered that with the last patch.
Teams are the number one killer of soloists.
Nothing that says that pops up.. I just get a windows message that says "NCSoft Launcher has stopped working. Windows is trying to find a solution to the problem." Never finds a solution though lol.
I tried getting the new launcher to work uninstalled everything COX related and still never worked for me. I got the excat same message as you. I was forced to do a system restore just so I could get the old launcher back.
Hey guys, I just came back to the game after a long break. I had the game and launcher installed and I was placing last night, but this morning I accidentally deleted the launcher folder and the launcher crashed and I havn't been able to reinstall it. I download the link and when I choose what folder to place it and it begins installing it then crashes.. I have everything I could think of.. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!
