Hasten is essential. Leadership offers a LOTG mule (Maneuvers) and a fantastic tool for those who powerlevel alts/buyers while farming (Vengeance). For fire ambush farming (currently the most efficient AE farm), all other power pools (Fighting, Leaping, Stealth) are only useful as LOTG mules; any defense they offer is useful but incidental.
Assault likely ranks lower since you are chugging enough reds for it to not matter as much. See the recent posting on SS farmers not using Rage, or Claws using FU. Tactics is helpful for the higher level mobs, but that's about it outside of helping unlock Vengeance.
I know everyone has their favorite builds, and I've read SEVERAL threads about 'best farmer/best builds' - but I've noticed there is not a lot of discussion about the best power pool abilities for farming.
I don't think anyone is going to argue against Hasten.
But how about the following - are they worth taking, and/or slotting - or are other powers better to take. If someone wanted to rate these on a 1-10 scale of usefulness or something, that would be awesome...
Combat Jumping
Stealth
Tough/Weave
All 4 of the Leadership Pool
(side note: I see that some people 2-3 slot health and stamina...is that worth it?)
