First off, welcome back to the game.
Secondly, there are a couple of channels of interest in regards to incarnates. (If memory serves correctly) Guardian Incarnates is one and the other slips my mind (but I would have to log into the game to get the other).
Level 50 chat is another as well as the Guardian chat and Broadcast in Pocket D.
You need to be un-silenced on the Guardian chat and you need an invite for Level 50 and Guardian Incarnates. I am in the East Coast of the US, so I believe we have a 5 hour difference. Usually, Guardian does not start heating up until at least 8PM EST if not later.
Hopefully you'll be able to get into more leagues once you have all the chat access as well.

Some organizers may keep the league size to 16 so that they can bounce back and forth betwen the Lam and BAF trials so you may need to be patient waiting for a spot to open up.
On the week nights the times you are on may be pretty light, I'm on the west coast and that is a +8 time diff for me, so the weekends may be the better days for you.
I belong to Guardian and the Incarnate channels, my observation is that if there are a large number of people in Pocket D, the raid leader will tend to only announce an opening for players locally and not announce their openings on a global channel. So even the global channels can be unreliable at times.

There has got to be a better way. Could someone online have a look for Firestarter 451 and get me an invite into the level 50 channel.
Ive tried joining guardian but it wont let me, I think it could be capped at the 2500 mark.
Any other tips for finding a League? I play almost every evening UK time (so from about 9pm GMT until 12 GMT).
Also, if anyone is looking for a Blaster for any leagues or TFs, shoot me a message.
