What about the bs/sd?
Really good since BS it lets you target other stuff when building around IOs due to Parry being so good at capping your melee def. Parry will help out a lot as you level since /sd is going to take it's time coming together as you level. It's a very good pairing and it works wonderfully in terms of style. I would make it 1b in your list of builds if you are looking at PvE content. I'm not sure how much of a difference there is between invul and /sd when it's all said and done, but both are going to be really good. Kat is better at DPS so it wins in that regard. Granted, DPS is something you figure out on paper and the actual game isn't played on paper. 
Headsplitter backed by AAO is going to do a ton of damage though.
