I don't have much experience with defenders but this set really appealed to me. I want it to be able to solo if it has to, focused more on debuffs and survivability than keeping team mates alive.
Just as a note some powers may not be placed in the most ideal spots, I had to do a lot of swapping around to get mids to let me put slots where I wanted them.
