pets and hami-os
Yes. Endoplasm's count as both an Accuracy and Mez enhancements so any of his powers that can accept either type will get the full benefit.
Thanks.
keep in mind that you will probably have to use HOs the "right" way with regards to Henchmen and maybe all pets I found that out the hard way by slotting 2 of those def debuff enhancements into my prot bots unlike other powers their shield got no benefit
That's weird, they worked for me. Did you use Enzyme Exposures or Lysosome Exposures? I used Enzymes which did work although from what I know Lysomes would not work since the bubbles themselves do not take Accuracy enhancements.
Sorry, been gone for awhile so probably a few steps behind... but I always thought the Hami-O of choice for prot bots was the Cytoskeleton for defense buffs and end reds for their bubbles and heals, with Enzyme Exposures usually reserved for slotting in, for instance, the Radiation Infection toggle in /rad.

Cytoskeleton is the "official" HO to slot in protector bots.

However, there is a bug with HOs which means that certain HOs work in powers that they shouldn't. Due to the way the enhancement system works several enhancement types are functionally the same:
Damage and Resistance
Defense Buff and Defense Debuff
To Hit Buff and To Hit Debuff
Now for the most part this doesn't matter since you can't slot the "wrong" enhancement type in a power. However since HOs count as being all enhancement types associated with the HO it is possible to slot them incorrectly. In this specific case Protector Bots can slot Enzyme enhancements since they can take Endurance Reduction enhancements and if they do the Defense Debuff Enhancement will actually count as Defense Buff enhancement for their shields.
Very interesting. Thanks a lot for the quick clarification!
Probably a stupid question but slotting pets is a swamp of lurking gotchas.
Would a Endoplasm Exposure (acc/mez) in ninja's Oni do what you expect, i.e. increase the duration of his holds and increase the accuracy of his holds and his attacks?
