Flickering(ATI)

Hello i have a radeon hd4850.
Couple of days ago i started having weird flickering problems. I upgraded to 11.4 and it started again after awhile. Currently trying smoothvision with the applications settings box tiked and antisotropic filtering at x2(was x4) also lowered refresh rate to 60(was 75) and so far so good.

If it pops up again should i roll back to 11.2?

EDIT: Also this behavior started happening after the latest patch if that means anything.

Tried to turn off catalyst ai but that didnt help. I have to run at minimum settings now.
