Gauntlet does work with it, but what level is your tank? It takes until level 5 or 10 for Gauntlet to become active.

Does the second tier electric armor power (the damage field) have a taunt component? Does the innate Tank taunt power work with it? I ask because I just created an EA tank, just to see what it's like, and the damage field seems to make enemies run away more than anything else.
