PlayNC Launcher

I having problems loading the new launcher (the one we have to have soon). I save the file to the desktop, then run as admin (using vista). I keep getting this message:

Error Code: 13 (ProductConfigurationLoadError):
There was an error loading the product configuration file 'C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Launcher\Config\Default\NCPatcherConf ig\Products\NCLauncher\Main\NCPatcherProductConfig .xml'.
Please make sure the game is properly installed.

Then when i click on OK, I get this:

Could not find file: C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Launcher\Config\Default\Games.xml

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

I'm getting the same issue as you, and been running around in circles w/ the tech support folks, nothing has fixxed the issue yet

They told me to do hundreds of things so far, not one has fixxed the issue, I still keep getting the message "Error Code 13"

Not that the configuration/settings should necessarily be affected, but I would try to reinstall it to a custom directory like "D:\NCSoft". Have you Ever gotten the launcher to run? Is your user account listed as an Admin (IE: you're the only user on the computer, so admin by default)?
