is money an issue? your slotting on some things is wrong - def on steamy mist is crap you should slot for res. Don't 5 slot snow storm, three at most. You need 2 min recharge ios in hasten, drop the regen proc and extra numina in heath, you just need num and miracle procs, you only need one end rdx in acro, total dom is horrible drop it. You have really low kb res.
