Dusting off my Fire/Elec Blaster
That good or that Bad? lol
This is what I had planned for mine, before I rerolled a Fire/MM. My focus was on capping S&L Def (without Maneuvers/ or the PvP IO), and having a decent +DMG boost and some Regen, while at the Blaster HP Cap. I went a little overboard on the KB prot b/c of the occasional Zone PvP...every little bit helps.
If I could suggest anything to you, I would definitely include the rain power (Reactive Proc is amaaaazing in those). I would also minimize the focus on +Rec when you have a power that fills your blue bar up every 20 seconds. That's my .02 influence though, lots of folks here are better at "mids maff" than I.

I am dusting off my Fire/Elec blaster to start running his incarnate stuff. I played him through a few mishes last night and realized he needs some serious work. The goal with this build was to provide capped S\L defense and as much ranged as I could get in without taking unnecessary(From my pov) powers or gimping the ones I did take. Help me tweak to perfection folks!
