Gravitic when at higher tier, like lvl 3 or 4 is supposed to do -recovery to them. It does not seem like it does that to the enemy or opponent. Instead it drains -recovery to the one that uses it.
I tested it out in PvP, my end drops so face when I have Gravitci interface running. We I clear the interface slot and have no interface then I have no more -recovery problems to my own toon.
Devs please look into this bug.
