I've heard that the battle orb doesn't get its buff off always. Is this working intended, or a bug, and does anyone know if there'll be any response to it? Just curious for when I plan my Tier4 out, thanks!

Every NPC I can think of with a toggle doesn't leave it on full-time, so I doubt it's a bug. If they wanted it to be permanent it would be an auto power.
