Single Target DPS is so i19
Impressive, but I would like to see you try that on a real encounter and not an AE creation. Lord Recluse's Strike Force has three encounters with about 5 AVs each, if I remember correctly. Try soloing that!
Most posts about soloing AVs have been done in developer-made encounters, like task forces. Those tend to throw a few more wrenches in the gears by adding debuffs or special mechanics that teams have to work around. Those are the truly impressive AV soloing posts, in my opinion.
My original run was set up with Siege, Night Star, Battle Maiden, Tyrant, and Marauder. Not the most challenging bunch and it didn't look as cool when they dropped at different times due to different resists, powers, etc.
The point was more "How much sustained AoE DPS can you crank out."
Most of those developer-made encounters are basic missions with a basic AV, really no different than setting it up in Architect Entertainment. Five at once with AoE attacks on a Tanker is pretty impressive if you ask me.
Mind you, I have no idea if it's I20 impressive, but it's certainly I19 impressive!

I think you meant "so I18".
I know people have solo'ed AV's. I know they have solo'ed upwards of 9 of them.
But have they ever solo'ed and killed 5 near simultaneously with nothing but AoE attacks? :P
