idk much about dom's, but imma take a crack at a build.
you might decide what Incarnate path you wanna take before a final build.
also seem's like Mezmerize should be in your attack chain for the Placate proc, and therefore slotted for damage..idk, thinking out load
perma jump is ---> /up 1
k, assuming I'm correct about the placate proc (I've heard people swear it procs 100% of the time)
your attack chain could start with mezmerize + 2~3 fire attacks?
with mez surpression I don't really see a reason for TK
again, I don't have dom pvp experience..

just coming back to the game, wanting to rebuild my old mind/fire for pvp
