just coming back to the game, wanting to rebuild my old mind/fire for pvp
i havent played since i9 but i have hopped around the forums and RV to try and take in the game..stripped all of my toons short of the mind/fire and here is a build me and a few new buds threw together, i want to be a duelist (not fiteclub or anything just duels) and occasional zoning (but anyone can zone haha)

was told to aim for 50% rech, and as much HP as i can squeeze in...i think if i was patient i can barely afford this build, as i dont have alot of cash..oh and once i get the money i will turn those titanium coatings into the pvp ones to finish up my KB res...

or maybe rebuild my VEAT..looks cheaper and just as effective if not more? remember im building for dueling

idk much about dom's, but imma take a crack at a build.

you might decide what Incarnate path you wanna take before a final build.

also seem's like Mezmerize should be in your attack chain for the Placate proc, and therefore slotted for damage..idk, thinking out load


perma jump is ---> /up 1

k, assuming I'm correct about the placate proc (I've heard people swear it procs 100% of the time)

your attack chain could start with mezmerize + 2~3 fire attacks?

with mez surpression I don't really see a reason for TK

again, I don't have dom pvp experience..
