Anyone kept the loading screens templates ?

A few month ago, NC gave us the photoshop templates to create zones loading screens for a contest, I still have them all, but one is corrupted and can not be opened anymore (H_LoadingScreen_1.psd)
Does anyone have kept it or know where to find it ?
