Does This Issue Make My Butt Look...Blue? (Graphical bug, tights)

Ah, never mind, it...uh...went away after rebooting. Never mind this was the first character I logged into after cold-booting, which is not unlike rebooting.

These have always been plain white "tights" on monstrous legs, with no pattern applied. Suddenly in Issue 20 I am seeing horizontal blue barring:
This appears to be only affecting the "tights" option -- I can "fix" it by using "smooth" tights or "sleek" tights. But i want the look with the muscles (not smooth) but not shiny (not sleek.) Is this a bug others are seeing? Is it my graphics? Can we get it fixed?
