unable to use Oro portal ?

This happened to me on 2 different toons today where I dropped the oro portal but for the life of me could not click into it..... I20 related?
Could be
Anyone else?

It definitely seems to be a "QoL" feature, but since I've been back (left in i12) I've had a hard time clicking doors, glowies, etc...
