Rad/Sonic Build Critique
4 slotting Hasten is overkill. 3 is all that's needed. Screech's damage is horrible, so you are basically slotting it for bonuses versus what will actually help the power. I see zero need for Phase Shift unless you are building for PvP. You could take Vengeance instead and 3 slot for def. Assault does good with one slot, so 2 slotting Tactics would at least get you something more out of it. CC is rather light on end slotting since 3 slotting for end is fairly standard base. I would look at subbing in Siren's Song. You can get a cheap purple set in there if nothing else.
Stupefy has the same 6.25% recharge bonus as Decimation for the same number of slots, and it actually enhances what you want to enhance in Screech. I would use that set instead. (It's cheaper too)
Edit: Totally overlooked the fact that you skipped Siren's Song.
You skipped the single most useful power to a soloing Defender in the game. I'm not even sure what to say about that.

You should not skip Howl. It is the only real AoE that sonic gets and is a quick -20% res to everything you hit it with.
When you have Invisibility toggled on you cannot use any powers that affect other people, whether allies or enemies, therefore the defense is of very little use. The concealment pool in general is not very useful, if you want a defense build take Fighting instead.
Siren's Song is very skippable on a rad with -ToHit toggles and defense to protect them.

Rad has no real means of keeping things within range of that -tohit toggle. If somethig runs out of range and fires a mez at you, there go all your toggles. Sure, defense will help, but there's always a chance to be hit, which always seems to happen at the worst possible time.
Siren's Song is basically just another layer of mitigation. If they're sleeping, they aren't attacking, if they aren't attacking the chance of being mezzed is 0%, if the chance of being mezzed is 0% your chances of survival increases.
Siren's Song on top of everything Rad is already good at is just icing on the cake.

Hi all , I have made a rad/sonic defender , It is currently lvl 28 and I have also made a build on mids for him. This is one of my firsts builds i have fully made on mids, But i have managed to get perma hasten and perma AM , also around 31-36% defence on everything except, psionic, with power boost on. I have also chosen the musculature radial paragon, so i can get the extra dmg, extra holds with soul storm and choking cloud, defence and tohit debuff, and a extra run speed and end mod with AM. So what do you guys think? any suggestions?
