WM/Fire Build, Feedback???

Looking for feedback on this build. I intend it for solo PVE and general content. I have yet to play the toon yet....I just have a great concept and this is a just a pre-planning build. I have always been interested in these two powersets and are among the few melee powers I have not lvl'd on a toon yet and am thinking of going Spiritual if the end use holds up...

I am posting the data chuck as I am unsure how to export the build and make it look right...

Thanks for the feedback. Good catch on adding Temp protect and moving the IOs around.

I am not sure about taking the slots away from some of the attacks as it gimps the accuracy of those with Kinetics by themselves.....
