I play an ice/cold Corr (Kobolt see my prestige art link) and I cant tell you how many times Ive seen the wow factor with this set from players who comment on from the shields to the just the team support this set provides if your a big team player this is the set for yea (and solo aint bad either).

Cold is Storm for Dummies due to not getting access to Hurricane. It's also more team based versus Storm as well due to the shields. Both bloom late, but at least Storm gets FR early compared to Cold getting Sleet late. Cold will also be more end friendly than Storm as well. Cold is easier to play, but Storm has the "Watch this...." factor.
I was just wondering if anyone had any advice on either of these powersets. I've always wanted a toon with storm summoning, tried a few times hero side but didn't like what i paired it with. Cold Domination seems to be pretty good but just was curious if anyone liked one better then the other.
