Each jump will roll to proc. I don't know what the mag is for CC.

I am working on an all-melee Elec/Earth Dominator and I have survival problem sometimes. I need more ways for "hard control".
What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.
FYI, the proc power is white, so if you're white-colored with your powers, it will be hard to tell'em apart.

Has anyone tried? I am pretty sure the first target should work but what about the jumps? Each jump has a chance to confuse nearby foes? What is the confuse duration and mag? Mag 3?
