Fort build advise
Below is my suggestion. The hasten isn't fully perma (it lasts 120 seconds, while it recharges in 120.26 seconds, so as close to hasten as this build could get. The mindlink recharges in 87.58 seconds, so with 90 seconds duration it is permanent.
The build combines both melee and ranged attacks. And to ensure that you had an attack chain in both forms it means that the 'Oh <bleep-powers> has been taken, so no powers taking many minutes to recharge, whihch alone couldn't chain them in a cage.
Also ignrore the levels to the slots added to the builder, the player will put them in as necessary.

um you do realize that 8 purple sets is uselesss..... you can only have 5 of any set bonus b4 it no longer stacks. therefore 3 sets are doing nothing.... Also you completely ignored the rule of 3s. never ever ever slot more than 3 IOs of the same type in any power. can someone who actually knows the rules plz help me? Im may not be much of a number cruncher but that is a terrible build... no offense to you personally but you need to learn the basics b4 helping someone on here. I need experienced players to give me acurrate and relevant advice. Also plz avoid using purps as much as possible i can spring for a cheaper purp set but Apoc and the like cost more than any build needs.
I would like to thank you for the effort but you have alot to learn. im no expert on builds by any means but there are a few rules to follow to get the most out of slots.

This one is built for control, but you should be able to modify it to your needs. It is perma-hasten and perma-ml, however, a small gap really won't hurt.

I have no idea what powers i should take and which are skipable. My goal is to have perma hasten and mind link with softcapped positioal def and a constant ranged and constant melee attack string with maybe a couple AoE (spin maybe psinado) I want to be able to bouce back and forth between range and melee at will depending on my mood and/or team makeup. I've seen some claiming their build can do all of this but none i've seen claim it post a build or even list the powers they took. I've played with mids alot trying to find a combo that will work but so far im having no luck. So heres one for the true number crunchers. Dps is great but if it takes a back seat thats ok. im looking for something fun for me that can switch seemlessly from ranged support to melee monster and back again.
