so I've been mostly looing at the guide by heraclea found here now there's three little problems that I'm having...

1 I want my toon to be jumping and I'm unsure how to fit the Leaping powerset in there. which of the two opening powers to take and if the last power is of any use?

2 the whole inherent fitness thing is quite awesome and all but it leaves me with gaps...and I'm not entirely sure how to fill them up...maybe a leadership...would that work?

3 slotting...I have a general idea of how many slots to assign to what powers but I'm unsure of what order I should assign slots when leveling. I'm just asigning enhancements as I find em but I'm unsure what to do once I'm reaching endgame. I have no definitive build in mind and though the tips in the guide are viable I would like some opinions.

1) Open the Leaping pool with Combat Jumping -- low end cost, gives a nice little defense bonus, and the alternative (Jump Kick) is a poor attack with a long animation. The last power, Acrobatics, is redundant on a Willpower character; don't bother with it.

2) There's no consensus on how to replace Inherent Fitness. I like grabbing Recall Friend if I have no urgent needs.

3) Fortunately slotting order doesn't matter too much AND you can change it later if it does. As a very vague generalization, I would get a couple of attacks slotted up to 4-6 slots early on, then make sure most of your defenses are slotted up (4 slots for toggle defenses, 3 for passives).

With WP's End recovery, you can handle extra Leadership toggles. If you're building to softcap Def (which is extremely valuable for WP), Combat Jumping, Weave, and Manuevers will definitely help. I like Tactics as well, as it helps against Perception debuffs (which personally annoy me). However, there are many "extra" powers to choose from - I suggest looking at them, ranking them, then determining what you want.

My general rule for slotting while levelling is three (auto+2) in each attack first, than add 2 to each Def/Res that could benefit from them, gradually adding 2 to each other power that can use them. Then I'll figure out what IO sets I want, and add more to those I want first (tends to be AoE/hard hitting powers) and the rest as slots become available later in the build.
