I just got back to the game like 3 weeks ago. I've liked a lot of the changes and am looking to get an Fire/SS/Pyre to farm with and also do end games TFs with. So I put together this build, both maxing out defense, but also not sacrificing damage too much as well. Any critique is appreciated. I've been gone from the game a long time, and oh boy, those enhancements have gotten super pricey...

I have most of the IOs and about 3-4 billion influence into the spec, just do not have the hecatombs and armageddons. I spec'd into a build similar like this that I saw and liked and it made sense, but with a few tweaks of my play style. I do not have an incarnate slotted yet and am having end issues currently. I plan to get stuff done soon I guess to get my incarnete... I've just been busy lurking... I have a few 50s (Stone/SS, Ice/EM, Fire/Ice) and none I really like to play, yet... (I love tankers) and want a character to label as a main...
Some questions I have that I haven't found on the forums, do most fire/ss tankers take haste? I've seen a couple builds without it, others have it as a necessity... is it just personal preference or just an end hog that I don't need?
Also, from a few sources, for farming and for TF tanking, I'd want a baseline of ~32% def... confirm/deny?
