I originally started leveling my spines/fire scrapper to be a farmer, but realized I have way more fun in TFs and such, so decided to go away from the farm build.
I wanted to make a build that would have lots of recharge so I could attack fast, a decent ST attack chain as well as AoE, and minimal defenses since I'd be teamed pretty much all the time.
Let me know if you see anything that could use fixing. I intentionally didn't slot purple sets because I don't want to spend too much money on this other than the LotGs required to get perma-hasten.
