/sea and You! Macros make it easier.

First off, /sea is a short way to type /search, FYI. Even non-team leaders can type it! It is especially useful if the leader is a hero and you are a villain so you can search for villains to join you.

Secondly, the macro (without quotes) is "/macro ask t $target, Hello, would you like to join ________"

To use it, you click on someone's name which you found in /sea and then click the macro. The message sends without you needing to press enter. The macro can be easily edited by right-clicking on the power icon and selecting edit. Then, you highlight and replace the text for the SF / thing you wish to do.

Third, for those daunted by the /sea interface, I will give a brief rundown. To find people LFT, select the drop-down box labeled "LF..." and check all the boxes that apply. If you are looking to form an SF, it is safe to just check LF any an LF SF.

Fourth, set your LFT status in the Team window on your chatbar when you are not in a group.

You may ask why I am saying all this when there are chat channels and such, so I shall answer preemptively. I am tired of people complaining they cannot find a group because no one ever sends them a tell in /sea. If those people leave the game, who do we have left, really? If people invite those who use the LFT status and just wait, perhaps those that would have not otherwise got an invite might not leave the game.

Edit:
If all else fails, you can search for people until you find someone's name in purple. That means that player is leading a team. Be direct!

/ttl is broken on Live but fixed in beta, so using it on yellow-named players may not work.
