Cold/Ice First defender

This is my first defender build, I have tried a rad/son and leveled him to 35, but I didnt liked so much, so Im willing to give fenders another try after 2 scrappers and a troller (and many other characters in 30s)

I got many ideas from this thread http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showt...ght=cold%2Fice and I tried to make my own build vastly inspired on it.

I aimed for rech (+165%) and defense. Softcapped S/L/E and ranged, and negative is very near (5%).

What do you think? The build is for teaming and solo, but i dont know how he will perform overall, any tips?
