Contacted support and they fixed it. Ignore this thread unless you can tell me how I can delete it.
So about 8 hours ago I logged into the character copy tool and copied 3 characters to the test server. When I log onto the test server they are not there, no characters are there at all. Am I missing something, is the test server not accessible at the moment? Let me know if you need anymore information from me, as I am not sure what else to include.
