[HELP!!!] respec crash? (posting it here too)

hello. i posted the same thing on tech support forum, but it seems like there will be no help for me, not, at least, in a short time.

i was wondering if anybody has the same problem and if there are a known solution to this, please let me know.

i am suffering from crashes while i am respec`ing my toon.

it seems like it crashes me whenever i try to hover my mouse cursor over and/or click the leaping and/or leadership pool power sets.

those two are in my plan of the respec`ed build, so i wonder if there is a way to fix this.

add: it just says the game has stopped in the fearful white box. x)


edit: now it only crashes when i click either of those two pool power sets to select a power.

Did you use the patcher to verify all game files? If that doesn't work, reinstall the game. Also, make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date.

tried all. :x doesn`t change anything. :/

Did you try alternating between windowed and fullscreen mode? Also, change the resolution. I'm just throwing things out there to try. I don't know what is wrong, but it sounds like a graphics driver or card issue.

Try copying and pasting the crash details.

i even tried safemode = changes every settings to the minimum, including resolutions.

and yes, i have already tried changing the screen mode to windowed one. x) didn`t change a thing. :x

most of the `usually known` ways were tried, if not all.

graphics driver is up to date, and card is just fine. just this game is troubling me, nothing else is.
