Same thing as the other thread, no PvP IOs or Apocs/Armageddons/Ragnaroks/Hecatombs; looking to spend something like 2 bil like I did on the blaster. And yea, don't have mids because I'm on a macbook so sorry I can't give you something to work with.

no - it needs more fly.

I am guessing it is for slotting of hp kb resist and to get out of nades/entangling arrow etc..

its cheaper than pvp ios has good hp +heal and kb res/recharge..
