Is there a Limit on amount of Alpha powers to craft?

I can into an issue this evening. I have my scrapper and prior to WTF 19.5 I created the base Alpha slots -Cardiac ; Muscular ; Spirtual.

I then crafted the T2 on Cardiac and when 19.5 came out I created the T3. I chose the right side of the tree. Today I desided to craft the left side of the Cardiac tree. I wanted the Cardiac Total Core Revamp.

So with this said I (re)crafted the Base Cardiac... Then Crafted the T2 (Cardiac Core Boost).... Then I went to craft the T3 - Cardiac Total Core revamp -

I have all the Componets
1.Cardiac Core Boost
2.Essence of the Incarnate
3.Gr'ai Matter
4.Notice of the Well

The 'Create' button is not clickable.
I asked through my global channels for ideas and nothing worked. One we ended on was "Is there a Max. Slots you can create"? I currently have 5 under my "Alpha" choices in the Equip Tab.
To the best of my knowledge I havn't seen any thing stating this. We are not able to delete and previously crafted boosts so I can't verify.

I have sent a /Petition

but has anyone else had a similar issue or a solution.

This does not make sense. You had four Alpha boosts before I19.5. You crafted a fifth one (base Cardiac). You even upgraded it, which consumes the previous one in the process. You aren't trying to add a 6th Alpha boost, so even if there is a limit, you shouldn't be affected. It sounds like you found a bug.

Have you unequipped your Alpha slot and gone back to just a regular incarnate? I would imagine that you can create as many as you want as long as you have all the components. But I would imagine you may have to have your slot empty to do it...
