Background:
En route on a Terra Incognito Expedition from Paragon City in 1896, The airship Daedalus is lost in a bizarre storm near Bermuda. The crew awakened to find themselves at their destination, but alas, the timing is all wrong. They return back to Paragon to reestablish and start anew.
What would Paragon City look like pre-turn of the last century?
