pvp help on BS/Regen

I know person in Liberty server have BS/Regen and I 1on1 with him and he can hit like truck and the regen on that is crazy. So for my question is there build like that without purple IOs please post mids build if you build le that.

Problem there is, if the guy you know built that character specifically for PvP, he probably has purples and PvP IOs up the wazoo in his build. You are probably not going to get close to his build without using them.

You would be surprised at how diminishing returns makes the gap between wazoo builds and cheap builds not that large. A good player makes a huge difference.

I don't know if you want to Zone, Arena, 1v1 free style, or just fight club, but this is a general build that's a fairly good starting point for fight clubbing at least (which it seems is what you want).

fairly good recharge (ignoring DR... which is stupid of me), double procs in all attacks (parry doesn't count), spout is annoyingly awesome, hibernoob so you'll never ever ever die, 27% passive damage buff (sets plus assault), good enough end to run SS and SJ if you need to kite, spiritual alpha boost will push your regen to something like 70hp/sec, which is groovy. If you're wanting a build that's made for 1v1 meleers, it'll be something like this.

I should note that if you also want to do some regular pvping, +Perception is a must have, and is something that this build does not provide. Flopping out weave for tactics would be the most optimal choice if that be the case, while also manipulating slots to get some gaussian's or adjusted targeting.

the build I have it for zone for RV and for the Ancillary Pool: Leviathan Mastery I might stay hero. But I guess I have to go villian to get that Leviathan Mastery and return to hero after that, I'lll try this build thanx for posting update build.
