Character Copy Tool

I have tried multiple times last night, 02.05.11, and today, 02.06.11, to copy over a Solder from Virtue, but nothing is showing up. Is there post of the copy tool being down that I have over looked?

Down again? I want to test a new build for my Tank but didn't want to waste Time/Repsec to go into a weaker build. Been trying to get my tank on the test server for a few hours now.
Edit: Seems to be working again as of 1/24/11.
