1) They were doing server maintenance on the support/store server the other day which might be part of your problem.
2) In general, sometimes it takes a day or two for any changes to accounts to kick in.
3) It's a weekend, so you won't get much of a response till Monday or Tuesday anyway.
Good luck trying to get back in. There's a lot of new things for the both of you to try out.
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.
Thanks for the response just so odd that I got back in first thing now cannot access at all even with my account that is obviously good.
Ignore this post must be a IP issue as can access with phone when cut out my LAN.
Flush the DNS, that sometimes helps.
1. Windows Start menu > Run > command
or
Windows Start menu > put 'command' in search > choose "command prompt"
2. At the C:> prompt type: ipconfig /flushdns
3. Then RETURN.
4. Close command window.
See if that fixed it.

I just re-activated my account this morning and had no issue with that however now trying to re-activate the wifes and cannot get in knowing hers is good. I cannot access with mine now either. We also tried opening a new account just to see if could get in and that fails as well. We keep getting "Too many failed log-in attempts".
Is anyone else having issue?
Only asking here as not getting any support responses from NCSoft or in game.
