I know im close to seeing dead body all-round me,

but here the thing i cant decide on

do i need hasten? i know i can go without it but do most /sr have

hasten for the quickier recharge.

just want some insight from someone who has rolled /sr before

In regards to Hasten. I don't use Hasten on my Fire/SR and he fairs pretty well. I just didn't want to have to click it, ymmv.

Way too much defense. Trust me, 45-47% is all you will ever need on a /SR thanks to capped DDR.

Practiced Brawler gains no significant boost for being double stacked, so 1 end red would be fine, and still keep it perma.

Superior Conditioning just gives +endurance, so slotting end mods just increases your max endurance, not greatly useful. I normally just do a Perf Shifter Proc.

Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.
