XP vet reward not showing, support responds

I wasn't aware of this issue with this reward, and thought some others may wanna know about it. Seems if your teamed while claiming the reward it doesn't show up. Support responded and told me,

"Please be aware that there is a known issue associated with claiming this power from the 78-month Veteran Reward badge when a character is on a team. If you would like other characters on your account to receive this power, please be sure not to be on a team when claiming it."

They did take care of me and gave the toon the reward. Happy New Year!
