First thing I noticed about it is you've gone over the cap while using luck of the gamblers. Click view active sets and it shows you what's wasted. 45% is the softcap, I normally shoot for around 46% to allow for some debuffs but you could save some slots from the touch of death set, one of the scirocco's dervish and another slot from the 6 slotted red fortune. I'll have go at coming up with something later, will probably be tomorrow before I post it though.
I don't really have the time now to look through it now so just a quick build I made, I will try and have a look at what improvements can be made to it later.
