Hey guys!
I have this strange, and VERY upsetting glitch/bug with some of my characters. For some reason, whenever I try to mouse-over something like an enhancement or recipe in wentworth's or in my own list/enhancement management screen, it won't show the little pop-up of more detailed information like it's supposed to! That little pop-up where it shows set bonuses, or how many enhancements i have toward the set-bonuses, or how much a certain power is being enhanced! None of that will show!
It works fine on one of my characters on Infinity, but for some reason my character on Freedom, it just won't work.
Any ideas?

Go to Menu-->Options-->General-->(scroll down) Miscellaneous and check "ToolTips = Enabled".
