Macro to combine Inps into BFs

I remember reading a guide which had a section in making a Macro which would enable 3 inspirations to be combined automagically into a Break Free

I've searched all over and can't find it (can't even remember the guide tbh) so can anyone help? One that made BFs and one that made Purples would be fab
