Could more in-game fullscreen windows be made windowed like the MA toolset?

So I thought up a (hopefully!) simple suggestion that has probably been brought up before, but my Search-Fu failed me if it has. I hope I'm not reposting an idea that many people have brought up. But... uh, I probably am.

I was hoping that more of the in-game windows, like the respec system and the enhancement options window, could be changed from full-screen where you cannot chat or move or anything. To me, this can be hindering, since you might be mid-respec and you need to ask a friend / channel for some build advice and ... you can't, because you're in the respec menu. D: So, my proposal is this (if it's even possible) -- change the respec and enhancement windows and other such windows so that there is an option for players to change them to half-windows, like the Mission Architect windows, so that we can chat and move around and all that. Pleeease?

Of course I'm entirely oblivious to whether or not this is even plausible in terms of coding or game mechanics. Please hit me with a shovel if that's the case!

Gah, yes. I always figured the reason the devs added that little tray for the Enhancements was so you could check them without going to the Enhancement screen. Being able to actually slot Enhancements or even respect from a window would be great.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who notices the moment you start doing a respec is when people start sending you tells.

The MA is a lot more recent technology, though. The Enhancement screen is probably one of the oldest things in the game. Updating it may be harder than just replacing it altogether.
