Well if the technical section has not helped yet Pogo I would suggest getting a spyware elimination program. Last I heard spybot was pretty good. You already have a good anti virus I am guessing yes? If not I suggest Kaspersky.

Didnt know where to turn to. My laptop has been acting really sloooow and has had a rash of memory crash dumps lately. Went to my task manager and saw I had 72 processes running! I know I don't have that many things running. IS there some website that can help me shut some of these down or figure out what I don't need running? Or something like that? Thanks!
