What new powers did you take?

I main a Necro/Dark/Soul MM.

Surprisingly, unlike what I figured, I didn't pick up Petrifying Gaze or anything from my primary/secondary. I grabbed 3 support and called it a day.

I nabbed Grant Invisibility to stack with my Maneuvers for an easy 10% defense on my pets.

Then Recall Friend, because it's useful.

I was torn between Vengance or Group Fly...Which I took the latter, because it's so much easier to maneuver my pets across a field without drawing agro everywhere or resummoning.

I'd have taken Hasten, though I don't really need it and I'm capped at 4 pools.


Anyone else?

I took Swift, Hasten, Hurdle and Stamina.

Only one of my Masterminds ever took Fitness.

I honestly suspect this is common for MMs, although it wouldn't be for the other ATs.

And I haven't respec'ed the MM that currently has Fitness, and haven't decided what I will do with her yet. Probably Howling Twilight is top of the list, as I can't remember if I ever took it. I think I took it late, after she got her Dark Servant. (I say it's the Dark Servant that does the rezzing, not her)

I took fighting pool for my bot/dark. I used Tough as a mule for Reactive Armour res/+def, which allowed me to boost end redux and resistance in Charged Armour without losing any slots (added Ribosome HO), and Weave allowed me to free up 1 slot in electric fences and replace Enfeebled set with Grav Anchor set and still have improved overall defences. The spare slot went into Tar Patch for more recharge so I could stack it for longer.

Overall, taking the fighting pool allowed me to optimise my endurance cost on some of my powers with no loss to defence at all. I'm slightly down on regen, but that's because I swapped out the Numina heal for Miracle heal for the extra 2.5% recovery bonus.

I put fighting pool up for my attempt at making an AV killer for Necro (not easy with melee pets). That aside, it's hard enough for me to push high defense on my pets as-is.

I took Sprint, Hurdle, Health and Stamina. I was a previously Stamina-less MM so these are certainly new to my build. Oh, in respec I also dropped Group Fly for Power Boost.

Once I get my Alpha Slot Boosts sorted, I can then start dropping some End Rdx for other enhancements and toys!
