SS/Elec farmer on a budget
IMO the Gaussian's set is wasted. Slot 3 Recharge IO's and move on. The Chance for Build Up is especially wasted; it will only have a chance to fire when you first activate Rage, not anytime during Rage's effect.

I slotted the Gaussians for the 2,5% Def to all positions, will see if I can make better use of the slots.

How is that build looking? First time in ages I tried doing an IO build. Avoiding PvP recipes/purples/expensive procs/Kinetic Combats. Post-I19 build, second slot in Brawl will go into Stamina.
